Healthy Baked Apple Treat

Cut 2 apples in wedges, place each on a ceramic plate
Mix together the following
2/3 C of Oatmeal
1 tsp of Cinnamon
¼ C (1oz)of chopped Nuts
2 T of Olive Oil
1 T nutritional yeast
Cacoa Chips optional

Directions: Mix all together and sprinkle on apples. Bake in microwave 3 min
You have a healthy lunch if you just add a great 6 oz side salad. Serves 2
