Service Eligibility:

When you avail our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have received parental or guardian consent to participate. Our services are available to individuals and groups who wish to engage in health coaching and wellness programs. 

You understand that Solutions Life Coach services are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment or advice, and any health-related information provided should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses or prescriptions.

Client Responsibilities:

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date personal and health information necessary for the delivery of our services.
• Following all guidelines and advice shared during consultations, workshops, or luncheons. The effectiveness of our coaching depends on your active participation and commitment to the wellness process.
• Not using any of the content or advice provided by Solutions Life Coach as a substitute for medical consultation from a licensed healthcare provider.
• Being aware that our services are not designed for emergency or critical care scenarios. For any such needs, you must contact a medical professional immediately.

Payment and Fees:

All services provided by Solutions Life Coach are subject to fees as described at the time of booking. The total fees, including any applicable taxes, will be communicated to you before your booking is confirmed. Payments are due in full before the service is delivered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit/Debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Payment through third-party services such as PayPal or others as outlined at the time of booking

Refund Policy:

We understand that sometimes schedules change. You can cancel or reschedule any services booked through Solutions Life Coach. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

In case of group workshops, luncheons, or speaking engagements, different cancellation policies may apply, and any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule any individual consultation or group service, we request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. For services involving multiple participants, such as workshops or wellness luncheons, please give us a minimum of one week’s notice. 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after these windows may result in forfeiting any deposits or payments made. In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a service, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you.

Use of Website Content

All content on the Solutions Life Coach website, including articles, images, logos, videos, and downloadable materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted limited, non-exclusive access to use the site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, modification, or reproduction of any content without prior written consent from Solutions Life Coach is strictly prohibited.
